One of our demolition customers called in a breakdown on one of his scania tipper lorry’s. Driver was stuck on-site unable to tip his load, due to some malfunction to his roll over sheet. We attended site that day diagnosed the fault to be a snapped bolt in the roll over sheet motor. Sheet bar was removed bolt drilled and reassembled with a new bolt and nut. This tipper lorry’s sheet was back operational and able to tip his load. No down time occurred as we attended after hours to suit the customer and driver. Good to go for the 6 am run!
