We were called out to our steel erecting customer at the weekend due to hearing a strange noise from the engine compartment. we quickly set about diagnosing it and putting the fan bearings at fault. Parts weee sourced ordered and delivered within 3 days. All the work was carried out on-site after hours so not to affect the machines downtime. We have advised that this machine has the Perkins fan upgrade fitted to it as the cast housing that houses the fan bearings and rotor has started to wear.
